The picture of Charliz is from her movie Monster in which she wore makeup to make her ugly, wore contacts to dull her eyes, and gained 30 lbs.

The comment on Charleze Theron’s picture was absolutely correct. That pic was from the movie “Monster” and they made her incredibly ugly and pock-marked on purpose. I don’t think she could look THAT horrid without makeup. Some of these pics aren’t that bad - Halle Berry for instance and Kylie Minogue - however, the pic of Linda Evangelista - OMG - what the??? Lets face it - NObody looks great without makeup unless they are very young. Its actually nice to see that these people are as “real” as the rest of us. This, of course, would NEVER have happened in “old” Hollywood where they NEVER ventured out without makeup and dressed impeccably, just in case of the paparazzi.

There is also the oversight of “time”. Most of the images are taken at vastly different time periods, hence aging being a factor. And we’ll not even need to mention all the airbrushing. Then add in effects like public drunkeness, or being high off thier rocker, and you get people that look like a train wreck. These things can make anyone go from a drop dead knockout to trailer trash. Take a hint all you younglings, that’s what happens to you when you make stupid decisions.

For God’s sake, when you pick pictures as horrible as most of those no-makeup shots, the person is going to look bad no matter HOW much makeup they’ve got on. Makeup would have no effect.
Look at the picture of Halle Berry without makeup - she looks pretty even without it because it’s a GOOD PICTURE, end of story.
I guiltily delight in seeing celebrities at their worst just as much as anyone, but this is just silly.

i’m not sure i believe that is linda evangelista. the features don’t seem to match. maybe it’s just the different angles, but i don’t think it’s her.

Dudes, that pic of charlize theron is from the movie “monster” where she plays an ugly serial killer prostitute. She’s purposely made to look ugly in that movie. It’s not her on a bad day

halle berry looks the best the rest are horrible. britney spears didn’t surprise me she’s been out a lot without makeup.

True some of these celebs really don’t look that good in person but you’re comparing the best and worst shots. Penelope Cruz is actually not bad looking w/o makeup in person but that is a horrible shot of her. The pic of Charlize Theron is from the movie monster like some people pointed out. I’ve seen her w/o makeup and she doesn’t have the best skin but she’s def. not a monster! Pam Anderson as we all know NEEDS makeup big time, she’s also 40!! Many celebrities have acne and thanks to all the lasers out there they’ve fixed some of their problems. You have to realize the lives they live are full of parties, smoking, drugs etc. yet they also have access to the best plastic surgeons and they all get regular treatments so in the end its not what you look like on the outside that matters but what kind of a person you are and if anyone relies on looks then they’re not gonna get too far, that’s a fact of life. Quit paying attention to celebs and start paying attention to things that matter, like yourself!!

I cnt believe my eyes, when u see all these celebs with make up u think awww y cant i have perfect skin like that, but really there just the same as us. I dunoo if thats a bad thing or good :S
But i must say halle berry is a natural beauty and look good with out no makeup on x
