Mascara Tips

girl applying makeupWhen you’re applying mascara, try wiggling the wand a little at the base of your eye lashes. The mascara at the tips is what gives the illusion of length.

Blinking onto the brush will give your ends a little extra coat.

Use an eylash curler. This gives your eyes the illusion of being brighter and even more fabulous.

Before you apply your mascara, use a primer. This coats the lashes and seperates them.

To cut down on clumps, try zig zagging the wand.

If you want to apply a second coat, make sure you do it before the first coat dries, otherwise it will become clumped.

You always want to wait around five seconds before blinking. If you dont you might paint your whole eylids.

Here’s a neat little trick a lot of people don’t think about. Try bending the wand to suit your needs. It will alow you to have a much needed steadier hand.

Use a thin brush and don’t pump the wand in and out of the tube. If you’re pumping the wand, you’re also pumping air into the tube which causes your mascara to dry sooner than it should.
